Shipping terms

  • For the time being, we only ship to UK Mainland (England, Wales and Scotland) with FREE SHIPPING for 2-nd class Royal Mail service.

  • We do not generally deliver to addresses outside UK Mainland (England and Wales, Scotland). If, however, we accept an Order for delivery outside that area, we cannot offer free delivery and you may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.

  • We usually ship the next working day after receiving the order so please allow 5 working days for your delivery. For express orders please contact us at and we’ll discuss with you the details.

Returns policy

  • We love our products and we really care about our clients! Our soaps, candles and cosmetic products are made with premium essential oils and ingredients of the best possible quality! But there are people with allergies to some oils so please read carefully the information about a product if you have any allergies.

  • If for some reason you don’t like the product you have ordered from Essentia, you can return it to us 14 days after delivery with proof of purchase and get refund or exchange with the shipping cost excluded (usually £2.90 for small parcels and £5 for big parcels).   • You can only return unopened and unused items.

  • Damaged goods in transit are eligible for full recovery or refund if reported within 48 h after delivery.

  • Products received as a gift can only be exchanged with other products from our online store. We can only refund to the original card used for payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All returns are refunded with a 10% processing fee and shipping cost (usually £2.90 for small parcels and £5 for big parcels)

  • Exchanges and refunds are possible only when you return the items to us.

  • All parcels must be securely wrapped and returned by recorded delivery to AVP Services Ltd, 71 Gregory way, L161JR, Liverpool, UK.
